Email support@saltforklabs.com and say which app and which iPhone or iOS version you use. We aim to reply within a few business days.

- Back up or move your journal: use the encrypted backup in Settings. Keep the password: it cannot be recovered.
- AI reflections missing: they need an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on.
- Delete your data: your journal is stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes it.
