MeterMind Apache-2.0
A private, local-first web app that ingests and analyses home utility bills. It parses CoServ electric and gas PDFs deterministically, stores them in a normalised database, and shows a dashboard and a one-page Insights view: usage and cost trends, rate and fee breakdowns, month-over-month comparison, audits, weather-normalised usage and simple forecasts.
- Deterministic parser with confidence scores and validation. No LLM is used for extraction.
- An optional local model (Ollama) can rephrase already-parsed, redacted numbers. The app works fully without it.
- Manual corrections that preserve the original data, plus JSON, CSV and PDF export.
